Mount Pleasant NOW Development Corporation, is a progressive Community Development Corporation (CDC) actively executing a communitywide revitalization strategy for residential and commercial development within the Mount Pleasant neighborhood.

The Mount Pleasant community, on Cleveland’s East Side, is one of the most populated of Cleveland’s residential neighborhoods. Originally, a community of homes built in the early 1900’s, Mount Pleasant today reflects a unique mix of residential and commercial development. Characterized by both low-income and upscale housing, new shopping plazas, and other expanded choices for dining, personal and business services, the Mount Pleasant community is well situated to take advantage of a concentration of resident and business traffic.

IN DEPTH REPORTS from REDIS (Regional Economic Development Information System)
