  • Well connected to public transportation with a new Regional Transit Authority station being built on Lorain Avenue at West 61st Street.
  • Current Retail Stores in the Trade Area: There is a curious mix of antique and collectibles shops for those who love to browse. The neighborhood also has a few culturally focused restaurants including one featuring Vietnamese fare. The neighborhood is also home to a number of long-standing home improvement businesses.
